Walking the Appalachian Trail - Suzanne Jefferis

I just finished the audiobook, by Bill Bryson ‘A Walk in the Woods”.  I had a wonderful “trip” walking the Appalachian Trail with Bill and “Katz”. It was great to listen to this audiobook while walking. It sure was a lot easier hiking the trail without a 50 lb. knapsack on my back. And I didn’t have to run from black bears…. I only had to dodge a couple of those local police cars racing up and down the side street. This book provided a lot of in site as to what it’s like to hike the 2000+ mile trail. Learning what it is like to be truly alone in the woods, with only your thoughts and God given good sense. I would have loved attempting this hike earlier in my life, now it is only a dream to read in a book. Well, enough said, I have to go walk………
